A carrier conditioner request begins with the sensor and cable it must drive. A calibration-fixture request begins with the reference displacement and uncertainty needed. Treat the electronics and mechanical reference as distinct parts of the chain.

CONFIGURATION-SPECIFIC RELEASE
Start with the drawing revision and installation envelope. The document package and its availability are agreed with the quotation.
Supply the fixed bore, length, datum-to-null distance, core/rod thread, connector clearance and required format. Request the final model and revision to be identified on every file.
Include the receiver, supply, desired output, carrier and winding topology. For digital systems request the protocol and register map; for connectors specify the keyed mating view.
State the method, conditions, required uncertainty and report contents. For special environments define the simultaneous duty profile and required material or qualification records.
BEFORE A PURCHASE ORDER
Match the travel, mechanics, output, installation and original model to a proposed configuration.
Agree the controlled drawing revision, required files, test method and deliverables before release.
Request quoted quantity/MOQ, currency, payment terms, dispatch schedule, delivery basis and warranty terms. These follow the specific quotation.
Record the approved revision and acceptance evidence. A worksheet download or RFQ submission is not an order or an approval.
They are preliminary selection worksheets containing request envelopes and review questions. Configuration-specific model ratings and dimensions require the agreed drawing and quotation.
